Eleven years of
shipping outcomes.
We didn't set out to be the biggest studio in Dubai. We set out to be the one that signs off projects on a P&L line — and means it. Najaha was founded in 2014 by two strategists and a designer who were tired of agencies billing for hours instead of outcomes.
Eleven years on, we're forty-two — engineers, designers, strategists, copywriters, performance leads — most of whom started here as their first job out of university or their first job after a tour at a big four agency. Half are bilingual EN/AR; a third trilingual. We answer to operators, not procurement managers.
We turn down work that doesn't fit. We've walked away from briefs where the brief was already wrong. The clients we keep are the ones who treat the studio as part of their team — and pay us to argue with them when it counts.

Three principles
that actually bind.

Outcomes over hours.
We sell outcomes, not effort. Every engagement starts with a measurable goal — revenue, ROAS, LCP, NPS — and ends with the manual to keep it alive. Hours are an input. We never invoice them as the output.

Built to last ten years.
Brands, sites, and campaigns designed to outlast their first quarter. We refuse work that's built to be redesigned in 18 months. Performance audited weekly. Reported monthly with the math.

MENA-first, not MENA-only.
Three languages, six channels. We're fluent in the local context — Arabic-Latin lockups, RTL UI, GCC media planning, MENA paid platforms. But the work has to travel: London, NYC, Singapore. We don't do regionalist work.

(04) Eleven years
How we got here.
2014
Studio founded.
Two founders, one shared office in Bur Dubai, and a manifesto that sold outcomes instead of hours. First retainer signed inside the first month.
2017
First retainer at scale.
Helios Group joins as a 12-month retainer. Still working with them today. Team grows from 4 to 14.
2020
360° integration.
Brought paid media in-house — performance + brand under one P&L. Most agencies still split this. We argued; we didn't back down.
2022
Karama HQ.
Permanent home at 793-0 Hamsa Street, Al Karama. Twenty-eight full-time, three interns, one studio dog.
2024
Training arm launched.
Najaha Academy spun up — six tracks, three formats, 2,180 graduates so far. Cohort training as a public product.
2026
Today.
Forty-two on the books, 26 active clients, 9 cities served. The same people own the work from the brief to the demo.
